About these terms

These terms apply to purchases made through the IDYLL website. IDYLL is an independent jewellery studio based in Manchester, United Kingdom. For questions about an order or these terms, contact hello@idyll.studio.

Products

IDYLL jewellery is handmade and made to order. Product descriptions and photographs are intended to give an accurate representation of each piece. Small variations in texture, surface and finish may occur as part of the handmade process.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed on the website before checkout. Payment is taken through the payment method selected at checkout. IDYLL reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods. An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order; the contract is formed when we accept the order and begin processing it, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for goods we cannot supply.

Production and delivery

Every IDYLL object is made to order. Please allow up to four weeks for production before dispatch. Tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched. Delivery times after dispatch vary by destination and carrier.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges.

Cancellation and returns

Nothing in these terms removes or limits statutory consumer rights. For standard goods bought online, statutory cancellation and return rights may apply. Certain bespoke or personalised goods may be excluded where permitted by law. See the Shipping & Returns page for the current process.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact hello@idyll.studio. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. IDYLL's name, text, photographs, graphics and other original content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission unless permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version displayed on the website at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, subject to applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
