How long does production take?

Every IDYLL object is made to order. Please allow up to four weeks for production before dispatch.

Are the pieces handmade?

Every IDYLL object is made in Manchester.

Will my piece be exactly like the photographs?

Small variations in texture and finish are an intentional result of the handmade process.

Do you accept returns?

As objects are made to order, returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, faulty or does not match your order.
